CLUB COMPASS LLC ("Club Compass", "we") operates a travel agency, hotel and restaurant, trades watches and jewellery retail and wholesale, acts as a trade agent, provides passenger transport and courier services, interior design, and rents property and equipment. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the GDPR.

2. Hotel guests
Identity details for registration as required by law, contact data, stay dates, payments and preferences.
3. Travellers
Passport data and travel details shared with tour operators, carriers and hotels to provide the trip, including abroad with appropriate safeguards.
4. Jewellery buyers
For purchases above legal thresholds, we identify buyers and keep records as required by financial monitoring legislation. Warranty and service records for watches.
5. Restaurant and transfers
Reservations and pick-up details; allergy information used only to serve you safely.
6. Video surveillance
Public areas and the boutique are protected by video surveillance, marked with signs; recordings kept up to 30 days.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (registration, tourism, financial monitoring, tax), legitimate interests (security), consent (marketing).
8. Recipients
Tour operators, carriers, payment providers, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
